K.T. Lawrence finished her first book at fourteen and began pursuing publication in her twenties. A Florida native who grew up on an island surrounded by nature, it made sense for her to major in biology at the University of Florida while minoring in English. Though she still works in bio as her day job, she's also passionate about making a second career for herself as an author.

Outside of work, K.T. is a passionate football fan (going to UF will often do that to you), a burgeoning boulderer/rock climber, an avid reader, and a gamer. She enjoys working on home improvement projects with her partner, poodle, two cats, and crested gecko at her side. Her favorite protagonists to write are bi women like her. K.T. lives in a suburb of Atlanta, within two hours of the captivating Blue Ridge Mountains.

K.T. is primarily a writer of fantasy, though she loves to throw other genres into the mix with it. She is represented by Chelsea Hensley of kt literary.
